Not only is our fryer a dedicated gluten free fryer, just about everything on the menu can be made gluten free. For most of the dishes, the only thing that makes it contain any gluten at all is the dusting of malt vinegar powder we can’t help but put on our french fries (easily omitted though!). Just let us know you are GF and we will take care of the rest! We want all our friends to enjoy the finer things in life, like popcorn shrimp and fish and chips!
